I've spent 9+ years in B2B SaaS with roles ranging from training & enablement to sales & product marketing. My past companies include CAKE (Restaurant tech), Zenus (AI startup), and Vitally (B2B Customer Success platform). One thing has remained true throughout my entire career: I always think of the customer. From building efficient sales enablement programs to spearheading customer advocacy initiatives that generate revenue — the end user's experience is constantly at the center of everything I do.
